Letters

Courtney writes: Ice, the Village is great! Everything is great! Everything on your site! Everything on EARTH! Secret Project C was a wonderful surprise, and I can't wait to see what Secret Project A and B will be. Hurry them up! Your Gallery is really great, as is all of the new stuff. Your site is just growing so much, it's unbelievable! When you're the biggest Zelda man on the Internet, just remember little old me who was with you from the beginning, way back when your page had a black background and yellow lettering. Do you remember those days, Ice? You had three sections: a FAQ, Letters, and the Overview. And at the end of April (you didn't update in over a month up to that point), you got busy. During that week, your site got a lot. And then, what I call the May Drought hit. From May 4th (I think) to May 19th, you didn't update once. Not one solitary time. But then, you accellerated at an unbelieveable pace until the end of May. Then you went on vacation, and ever since June 9th, every update you've been having is the equivilant to two weeks at Zelda Headquarters (not that I'm slamming them anymore, I've given that up). Just keep it up. I know you can't keep up this unbelievable amount for much longer, but make sure you keep your updates worthwhile. Most Zelda pages, well, almost all pages, for that matter, say they update something, and they only fix a lousy spelling mistake or something. You are not, nor have you ever been, in the practice of doing garbage like that. And don't EVER start. but I just wrote this time to congradulate you on all that you have done. You have done more in five days than any other Zelda site has done in TWO MONTHS. Seriously. Just check the Update Archive, people. Well, it looks like I've babbled on forever again, so I guess I'll end it here. Thanks again, Ice.

Ice replies: Did you guys know that she has E-Mailed me every day for over 50 days in a row!? It's simply amazing. And I don't want you to stop. I love hearing from you every day. And yes, I admit that I am updating at too much of an incredible rate for my own good, but it simply has to be done. I recently sent Niels over at Zelda Headquarters a request for ZHQ to link to me, and the site has to look sharp for the almighty Zelda king!

Riga writes: Remember me? I rote to you about five days ago, and you put me up right their on the second part of your letters as the second letter. Thanks for that, bi the way. And I wanted to apologize for sounding a little rude on my letter. I am sorry. I am happy about the eneimy list that you did. It is very good. Thanks for that.

Ice replies: You're welcome for that. The Gallery was very fun for me to do, even though it probably takes forver to load! How did I know that? Read the next letter!

c3p0_197 writes: The Gallery was great and all, but it took forever to loAD! i SAT THERE FOREVER, AND IT JUST SAT THERE AND LOADED AND LOADED AND LOADED. bUT i THINK IT WAS WORTH IT, BECAUSE i GOT TO SEE lINK ACTUALLY RUNNING AND ALL OF THAT OTHER STUFF. aLL OF THOSE ANIMATED ENEMIES WERE VERY GOOD. hATS OFF TO iCE!

Ice replies: I don't know if you know this or not, but you hit "Caps Lock" right in the middle of the word "load" (I do that a lot too!). Thanks goes to everyone who sent in a comment on the Gallery, and thanks even reaches out to those who just thought "This takes a long time to load, but it's pretty cool". Thanks, guys.

Yuri Noshi writes: I think that one thing that would make your site a whole lot better would be a Links page. You should make a deal with other sites that if they link to you, you link to them. Just a suggestion, and I really like that you take reader's suggestions so good. When that one guy asked for the Gallery, you hopped right to it. This is a challenge. Make a Links page. Let's see if you will do it, and if you will, let's see how fast. I'm timing you.

Ice replies: Well, you can go ahead and stop that watch, because I obeyed your command in less than 12 hours. It's not very big, but hey, it's still there. And, like everything else on this site, it will grow over time.

Fanny Foo Soo Moo Shoo writes: when is secret project a or the b one coming out?

Ice replies: Well, thanks for the short but sweet question, Fanny Foo Soo Moo Shoo. (I love these names!) The answer about Secret Project A is still a hazy one. I will probably begin serious production on it tomorrow, so expect probably a brief break in updates for a day or two until I have it done. Really, the project will be worth it, so hang in there.

Jimmy Thorn writes: Thanks again.

Ice replies: You're welcome again.

Kim writes: Your Zelda 64 section is being seriously neglected, boy. I just wanted to let you know that. Also, I would really like to know who you are and what you look like. I would really like to know. And there's one more thing: are you interested in a 16 year-old female?

Ice replies: I am truly ashamed of my Zelda 64 section. It's really quite pathetic, and there is a lot of information that I've missed. With all of the other stuff going on, it's very hard to search for info and stuff, so it's simply been ignored. And about your last question... uh... please don't ask me stuff like that. And thus endeth another Letters section. See ya in cyberspace.
